Duration: Two weeks
Investment: from EUR 10k*

Based upon an introductory meeting and my initial read of a company’s global footprint, acquisition history, data and IT environments, I outline what I think a department could benefit from in the form of a process audit. I am, of course, open to adjusting to your insights and priorities.
Example Focus Areas:
Manual bottle necks in a financial reporting process
Data aggregation and reporting after a merger or acquisition
Data or Balance Sheet clean up before or after an ERP migration
Standardizing a Sales’ teams territory planning tracking and integrating it with your CRM system.
Streamlining Order-to-Cash to speed contracting, invoicing, and accounting.
Optimize and train Shared Service Center teams after system implementation
Process Audit Could Include:
Interview key stakeholders - 1:1 or in small groups
Identify and map key data, reports, people, and systems
Help prioritize which reports and systems to focus on for integration and automation
Identify potential audit or continuity risks (from people, process, data and technology standpoint)
Analyze balance sheet and/or data clean up needs
Suggest training and capacity needs
Customize questionnaires to collect input from employees on their priorities and concerns.
Structure:
Week One:
Kick-off Meeting with key stakeholders
Interview key management and process owners to walk through their processes, reports, data
Flow chart or map people, processes, technology, and data
Week Two:
Check-in with initial findings
Follow up meetings, as needed
Closing Meeting with presentation summarizing key findings, prioritization matrix, and suggested next steps.
Benefits
A review with the structure and framework of a certified auditor.
Observations summarized in a report and presentation to assist in building a business case to executive management.
An independent, smaller scale process audit to give your management team an unbiased overview without a long-term, high-price tag investment like you’d have with a consulting firm.
